What is the Next Step?

The Master License evaluation and acquisition process is as follows:

1. Request for Information
Complete Request for Information providing preliminary qualifications and submit to ICED.

2. Information Packet
ICED forwards the requested franchise brand information packet to eligible candidates.

3. Detailed Candidate Information
As an eligible candidate, at ICED’s request, you will submit detailed qualification information.

4. Interviews
A representative of the franchise brand will contact you to expand on the Master License opportunity. The goal of these conversations is to determine if the Master License opportunity is right for you and, if you are right for a Master License.

5. Market Analysis and Preliminary Business Plan
As a qualified candidate you will conduct a market analysis of your potential territory, complete a preliminary business plan, and submit your plan to us or an authorized representative. We will provide you guidance and assistance.

6. Visit to ICED Headquarters in Houston, Texas
Upon satisfactory completion of your market analysis and preliminary business plan, you will be invited to ICED headquarters in Houston, Texas for a discovery visit. The two-to-five-day visit* offers you the opportunity to meet ICED staff and to gather more detailed information about your Master License opportunity.

*The length of your discovery visit will depend on the brand and the nature of your territory.

7. Approval and Letter of Intent
Your qualifications will be reviewed by us for approval. Upon approval, you will sign a Letter of Intent with us to enter into a Master License Agreement; subject to further due diligence.

8. Master License Agreement
Upon mutual agreement, the Master License Agreement is signed and the agreed to license fee is paid by you.

9. Training and Launch of Business
Your Master License team attends master license and franchise training at ICED headquarters. With our support, you launch your new franchise business!
